Solution:


1. In SQL Server Management Studio, Registered Servers, Create Group(s):

Create a top-level group if required to execute queries across ALL SQL Server's in ALL the Sub-Groups.


2. Adjust Status Bar Layout & Colors:

Within SQL Server Management Studio click Tools, Options, Text Editor & "Editor Tab and Status Bar".


3. Add ServerName to Query Results:

Within SQL Server Management Studio click Tools, Options, Query Results, SQL Server & "Multiserver Results".
